What the app stores
This private playtest app stores account details, character sheet data, character revision snapshots, campaign memberships, dice logs, session events, GM notes, encounter data, playtest reports, and GM broadcast events needed to run the table.
Account passwords are stored as password hashes, not as readable passwords.
What other players may see
Campaign participants may see character summaries, names, class details, public status such as HP, AC, exhaustion, conditions, resources, dice rolls, and GM broadcasts when those are sent to the table.
What the GM may see
The GM may see attached character sheets, table status, session notes, private GM notes, and live campaign activity needed to run the session.
Revision history and exports
The app keeps up to 50 previous snapshots for each character so accidental changes can be restored as a new revision. Account holders can download an export of their account, characters, campaign memberships, recent dice history, and submitted playtest reports from the Account page.
Diagnostics and playtest reports
Issue reports may include optional technical diagnostics such as browser, platform, viewport, page, build, selected character or campaign identifiers, service-worker state, and recent client error messages. Diagnostics do not intentionally include passwords, authentication cookies, character notes, or GM-only notes.
Playtest limits
This is a private playtest build, not a commercial public account service. Avoid uploading sensitive personal data into character notes, GM notes, or broadcast messages.
Password reset links are time-limited. Changing or resetting your password invalidates older sessions.
